U have to remove 20% for roads  so basically 240 lots on 50 acres.. thats about 50 lots to the acre.. 

This was removed long ago by BP for good reason.It seems the site is so big now they do not even know what they are doing anymore.  

All is well and we closed.Immediately upon moving in we spent $2,200 to upgrade the electrical and remove the cloth wiring as well as some new breakers.

I want to be able to remove a bad tenant if I need to sooner than that.
