Tell the attendees you will keep them notified by email list or Meetup notices, which ever you choose, and then either collect those emails, or ask them to join your group on meetup (emails are more reliable).But make no mistake, running a group is work, even if you keep it simple.

Last Saturday we talked a lot about Wholesaling as about 1/3 of the attendees are wholesalers or building up to become wholesalers.

Most of us position our meetings for ease of access for the largest possible number of attendees. 

It typically gets about 70 attendees and the best part is you aren't sold on buying someone's program (many REIA's will try to sell you mentorship or software).

Im a regular attendee of the main KREIA meeting and some of the sattelite meetings. its invaluable info, and very large.

I go more for the networking with the attendees now, and only listen to a few presentations.

Ours is/was on meetup.com, but most of the attendees are old school and have never even heard of bigger pockets.
