Is it 1mm people less, is it 20mm less?  

If you have to follow up that many times, you don't have the right maintenance people.

There are great resources and people to help in your journey, Staten Island is great for both flips + buy & hold especially Multi Family.  

The only real differences are that you are buying houses that most people don't want and selling to people who are either investors and want to put very little down or people who otherwise would not become homeowners.
