I have been taking all book recommendations and compiling a list and have started working my way through those as well.My question to the veterans in the industry is, how can I best prepare myself for the road ahead?

The college grads I hired -most would've been selected without a college degree.Both authors are from world of academics, but that isn't where the Book info- One gained his Book info from interviewing successful people and compiling it into averages etc.

My contractor and I are compiling a book :) His stories are great too, as he does nearly all of the showings.

I’m going to try and compile some info on the government programs in case you need it.

Actually starting to compile more solid numbers, so next time I'll be more informed on cost and my budget.

Hi Everybody, Adding on to this older thread, since it seems like a great place to compile these questions. 

Upon compiling abundant evidence that the owners appeared to have abandoned these properties, I caused the properties to be cleaned up, rented them, and have since managed them almost as though they were my own.Despite being in possession, I have no ownership interest in any of the properties.

I've compiled a bunch of questions to start with.
