Still, a concern.Also, I am not expert on this but the feedback I got then is that you must charge 'market rate' rent to family, else it's not able to count as a rental for deductions, etc.

Update: Rent Redi is not intuitive and therefore the inevitable errors that are made by tenants and landlords snowballs into a tangled mess that wastes countless hours correcting small problems.
