Curious — when you team up with investors, what do you usually find works best to keep projects moving smoothly for both sides?

Transitioning into real estate can be an exciting and rewarding journey.

It is what led me to transition into the lending side, where I am now a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with East Coast Capital.

I’ve studied the basics and have some experience, but my biggest challenge is connecting with the right lenders and property management companies to make it work smoothly from a distance.Does anyone here know of a good Section 8–focused mentor/coach who can work one-on-one or provide guidance?

The prefab garage could save money upfront, but if your goal is to maximize equity and refinance smoothly, the full rebuild will probably give you a better return in the end.

Just want keep things simple from a BK prospective and make sure the business runs smoothly.

Hi @Jeanette Land, it could be a great opportunity if they are already managing the property, given that they already know the ins and outs, and it would be a seamless transition for everyone involved. 

Congrats on the transition—STRs can definitely boost returns if managed well!

We also learned to proactively over-communicate the necessity of AWD vehicles during snowy months to ensure smooth guest access and satisfaction, minimizing logistical issues and potential poor reviews.
