To be fair, I got 3 jokes out of that - one for Floridians, one for Russian speakers (a palatka is a tent, even though that placename was derived from an Indian language instead), and a "Russian speaker improperly using English grammar per their own model" joke.

I look for at least some semblance of grammar in their e-mail- that shows they're educated and just might have a job that's not being a gansta.Don't show the place too late at night.Don't wear anything flashy - jewelry, car, clothes, whatever.

But I also understand how rent increases are necessary because expenses go up every year and the property owner is ultimately responsible for maintaining the property and providing a safe environment for people to live in, which would be impossible to do without increasing rent over time (empathy would be the correct term I suppose, since I'm not currently a renter, sorry for that grammar police).

also i looked up squater laws as a friend's coworker told me to and told me of a guy that did that. i do not milk the system just trying to transfer thoughts to words and i'm not that educated and suck at grammar.- also there's a fee for being late- it happens- not everyone can put money aside they don't have-  and when one is on a set income looking for work and most places in idaho require 3x the income to move in, makes it very difficult to find a place to live- and i've been looking into and running alternate scenarios to figure out the best solution for my situation.
