Hopefully there won't be too much of a struggle to get my money back.While I almost had the wool pulled over my eyes, I'm still very motivated to make my first foray into real estate investing. 

But when you pull away the wool, that's all it is.

My Mom's house was built in 1960, the builder put new wool carpet over the finished hardwood floors and it stayed carpeted until the day she sold it 40 years latter.

The high cotton is coming in the luxury area.

The more you start to explain the complexities of rehab/rentals the more the owners get confused and feel like you're trying to pull the wool over their eyes.

I'll create one and make sure the steel wool that I inserted around the sink pipes for the water supply is still in place (to hamper mice from coming into the house).Hope this helps.

Teach your own kids how to grow cotton and sew their own clothes, but let other parents do as they please when it comes to their kid's education.

Make sure you stick the wool in one of the quart cans with a fair amount of paint thinner inside so it doesnt harden.

Wholesaling real estate is like wiping your a_s with a cotton ball, you're going to get sh_t on your fingers.
