Madison Management out of NJ is who I would recommend.  Shante Duffy does an amazing job over there for our portfolio in and outside of TX.

Hang out at Quest IRA's offices as they have a lot of note investors that show up there. We'll be starting an Austin Note Meetup the first of the year...

I don't think its unreasonable for you to pick up your first note in 90 days.  I'll reach out to you with a PM on some things...

Performing notes would be the best route for you!
