We are a Real Estate Investment company based in Barcelona. Let us know if you need any help.
As you may now the prices in the market are quite high and due to political turmoil, Premium properties sales are not as high as in 2017.
If I would buy anything I will buy outside of Barcelona, el Valles area.
Cheers.
Thank you so much for your reply! Do you mind if I PM you? I am thinking about the surrounding areas of Barcelona and would love your insight!

Hi everyone,
I am thinking in buying a condo in Barcelona, Spain, where I am originally from (even though I have lived in the states for several years).
I would love to hear from this experienced and wise community about your impressions on this market, tips, etc? Is it a good moment? And are nearby towns still good investments?
Thank you

I like the areas closer to UW, but South Tacoma is more affordable. I have no idea what kind of atmosphere has South Tacoma these days. Where you like best? Safety wise, are there dangerous areas to avoid? Tacoma used to be shady, but seems to have changed a lot.
Post: Looking to buy my first rental property in Spokane, WA

Hi!
I am looking at buying my first investment property in Spokane, WA, with the intention of holding it and renting it for cash flow. I am open to single family homes as well as multifamily properties, but based on what I have been seeing, probably will end up leaning towards a single family home.
I would greatly welcome any advice you have for me as for where to look, agents you can recommend, and any other additional advice you can offer.
I have been a little afraid that the Spokane market is a little too hot right now, and that I am late to the party. If that's the case, I am also open to other areas in WA, as long as I can get some cash flow and low vacancy rate.
Thank you in advance for your help!

@Elisa Zhang Yes those are the areas i spoke of, and the Cliff cannon area is pretty cool. I would say that every block has its own types of good and bad pockets. The lower area consists mostly of lower income houses but has many 4-15 units all over for the reason of its proximity to the medical area. its right by 2 main hospitals. A good number of people that live here are nurses and medical professionals working in the hospital or people needing constant care are also located here. There is also a good number of rehab facilities that provide housing to get clean patients (possible section 8). Last is the small pockets through out of nice older Victorian homes. I have seen a wholesale 4 unit for little over 100k and around the corner was a 425k single family Victorian. Overall i think it has a higher crime rate in lower area as it is close to down town but not the worst but not bad at the opposite end further south by 14th st. The best part is that its ALWAYS packed. I have never seen vacancies for long at all. Hope this helps let me know if you want someone to go poke around a property.

Post: Living in a commercial/industrial zoned property?

Hi!
I am looking into buying a small commercial/industrial building for a business plan I am starting out. Some of the properties I have looked at are advertised as having a zoning of mixed use residential/commercial, for example, zoning DMC 240/290-400 or NC1-30 in Seattle, WA.
I have read the city program for those zones, but I do not understand if both things can happen at the same time. For example, can there be a warehouse and one living unit in an area "of mixed use"? Is it just marketing language to attract more customers?
I know of a person who, somehow, managed to have his residence built in an industrial property he owns in Ballard. I know those cases are not the most common, but is it possible?
Thank you and happy weekend!
