I love Monopoly!  I started handily beating my parents at a young age and it is, to this day, my favorite board game.

I've never played it, but I hear Cash Flow is a great game, and quite a bit more realistic than Monopoly.  You should really check it out.

Competency and Communication are huge.  It blows my mind how many listing agents don't take the time/expense to take professional photos and make the house look/feel presentable.
