@Gary Waldron

I have attend REAPS before and I know there are some very good investors there. I believe one of the leaders is Mike Sumsky .

I think you would do well there.

@Rhevon Lewis

Hello Bigger Pockets newest member!??

I just wanted to take a moment and say hello as I also am an Atlanta-area investor. I live on the north-end of Atlanta but do most of my investing inside the city-perimeter. There are a couple good REIA's here in Atlanta that I would recommend you consider joining if you are not already a member.There are also some really good Atlanta-area investors on Bigger Pockets.

Here are a few tips for Bigger Pockets so you can get the most out of it: ??

Be sure to set up “keywords" for whatever type of investing you’re interested in with "Atlanta” obviously being the primary keyword.

?Secondly, I try to read at least a blog per day, as well as listen to one podcast per week.

?Lastly, try to get involved in the Bigger Pockets community. Don't be timid - share advice and ask questions! ??Good luck.

I hope to see you around Bigger Pockets as well as in the Atlanta-area market.

I’m here if you have any questions!

Professional regards - ??Andrew

@Greg Wynn

I am currently building in ATL on a little more on the highend stuff. And as Jscott mentioned I am acting as the GC if you will.

We are spending around 90 to 95 a SQFT.

@Kevin Delaney

I do agree that Godaddy does have very good customer service.

But I also agree websites to me are better done by experts and not by me.

@Michael Williams

First congrats on the possible deal you have going on.

As far as pricing the lots, probably the main thing before you can price them is to check out the zoning to see what you do or do not have to do.

A good person to talk to about that maybe @Delon Hall

I thought I would reach out to you as many people above tagged my name as a resource for ATL Market.

I mainly do flips and or new builds. So if you ever need any help finding houses for flips, or contractors for flips, or anything like that please let me know. I would say in the last 10 years I have done well over 500 transactions. And right now I have around 10 projects going anywhere from 100k to Million plus.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything.
