@Linda Crandell I personally think that letter will do jus as well as any other letter. If they are ready to close a deal then all you have to do is make that first contact. If you don't have one think about creating a RE website that would make this process 100X more effective.

@Matt Ellis Just d your research before spending money on anything online. At the end of the day you have to be comfortable with their service, and hope that you get something out of it.

@Frantzces Lys No the name of the game is always the same no matter if it's the $30 property to the 1m dollar property. If they are motivated then any route you go will at least get their attention.

@Dylan Swanson Not too much you can do unless they force their way out of the contract which is sometimes difficult to do. Good luck with this one Dylan

@Michael Kev Marketing in this fashion can really get people upset, and the complaining will start flowing in. My best way to get any lead is to allow them to chase me down. I never chased a lead in my life.

Get that real estate website, and build that online presence this is the best route to go. Believe me nothing comes closer when you think about all the time and money you will save.

@Jordan Sloan Look up local real estate met up meetings and go attend them. Network and build relationships with those who have the money.

@Marcus Curtis Think everyone here is making this a little too hard. Yo Marcus at the end of the day it doesn't matter if your domain name is...

hsabvajsnv.com or dsajnusn.com

What matters the most about a website is the marketing behind it. Once people hit the page you just need content that will convert. I get this question all the time from my clients about which route we should go on domain names and ect..

Most of them spend days thinking about this when I tell them it really does't matter. Strong online website presence is what maters. So Marcus go with what makes you feel good at the end of the day bro..

Check out the blog post here on BP which I talk about all parts of a real estate website.

@James Edwards Check in the newspapers to see if anyone is advertising "we buy houses" give them a call and see what happens. Plus you can attend local real estate met up meetings.
