Yo @Eric H. It's great to see that you taking that next step in growing your business buddy. Besides sending out the cards have you done any numbers games to response rate. This is the most important thing when dong this since you will be spending tons of money.

Next do you have a website that is target for local people and ready to capture leads. If not then don't send our any letters just now because your response rate will be really low.

Your site must be the tunnel you want to send people to so they can opt-in for something vale. Doing this forces them to take action and give you al  their contact information. This is just the tip of the iceberg but this is the route I will take before sending out one letter. This is the something I tell my clients so be careful if you go into this without having your foundation setup.

I will be doing a full guide on post cards and direct marketing here in a few week so be on the look out of that. In the mean time here is some valuable real estate marketing content you can start with..

@Al Mcbee Systems all a go on that one my friend. Just make sure that site is seo friendly and is optimized for your entire market. If you don't do these steps then it will be a waste of your time and money to setup a real estate website. Here is a blog post I wrote about seo-friendly content.  Good luck Bro

@Robert Rascon it is a better way my friend. It's called getting a website center around your local real estate market and target those online who are looking to buy and sell real estate. Do keyword research and build what we call is your online presence to get notice by the thousands of leads online. This is what you do beside using bandit signs.

@Will Porter I will target the entire list but try to educate them instead of asking to buy their house. If you do this then you will get a better response rate.

@Brian Grignon I will personally try to do the work myself with creative online marketing. It best to build your list from those who are searching online for properties to buy and sell. Just do some keyword research and get your brand out there in from them..pretty much just that easy.

Good Luck Brian

@Marcus Ware Don't go for two websites because there is no reason to. I see so many real estate people and contractors producing dozens of site just to talk abut one subject. Remember this..Google have one website..Yahoo have one website. Those companies are dong just find.

What you do is create a target locally website and build your online presence with business profiles, videos and great targets keyword content on your website. This is the way I would do it by having everything under one roof. Plus think about do a little seo also this is what will drive that website up the rankings locally.

Plus when do you plan on getting this site setup?

@Ray Mulli My recommendation is to build your own list that is clean and maybe not been sold hundreds of times. Yes it can take a while to build your own list of motivated sellers and buyers but it will be more responsive then paying for one.

Just my thoughts coming from years of experience

Hi @Pedro Machin

I think you just missed one key element when sending out these mass mailing. Can't tell you how many investors I talk to how do they same type of mailing. Most of all of them have extremely low response rate due to the approach.

Like I continue to say is that you should think of your mailing as an educational tool not a selling tool. No one wants to be sold to so if you can transform from the selling to educator your response rate will soar.
