This is a three part question.... How would you struture a deal with 2-4 people who are willing to put money into it? 2. Would this be a syndication or just a partnership? 3. If a partnership what kind of partnership? 4. What kind of business entity should be formed?   Thank you for your help in advance.

I am looking for some guidance to refinance and am also looking to aquire additional property through conventional financing. I have some issues and i need some help in understanding how I can get around these issues. Thank you for your help.

There is a lot of info and resources on the BP website.....DIG IN !!!! Our your properties in Mount Vernon....If they are how do you deal with the taxes . I live on the Bronx Mount Vernon border and have looked at some properties in Mount Vernon but the taxes or high.
