I bought my big forever home with a pool almost a year ago, because the kids are little. And because my partner likes a nice comfy house. I would've rather get a lot smaller house but I had to compromise.

Adding to the loan will affect cash flow, so make sure the numbers still work.
At any rate, I would wait until there are problems to replace a big item like a roof. Otherwise youll never know if you had 1, 2, 3 years left.

My CPA that set up the LLC advises it doesnt matter where I hold the property, I can funnel the rents and pay expenses out of the LLC for tax purposes. Hmm...
Maybe the titles Ill just leave in my name.

What system is everyone using to keep track of property information such as insurance premiums, maintenance records, age of the A/C, etc. Software? Spreadsheet?
