When choosing a bank to open a business account for an LLC what do you look for?
... relationship with a small local bank (to partner with on buying rental property)
....favorable low fee checking account options
....anything else?

Maybe the deductible is for things that are due to tenant mistreatment of the house? Like toilet clog due to action figure being flushed down?
