Hey Bans, If I were in your shoes I'd take the ARM. However, on 30-year fixed rate DSCR with 25% down you might be able to get a lower rate. Happy to connect and take a swing at this for you!

Hi Emmanuel,
Why don't you just use a 3 year prepayment at a 3,2,1 declining and take a lower rate?
Make 20% increased payments for 2-3 years, stockpile your cash and after 2-3 years pay it down more if you really like.
No point in taking the higher rate if you do the math.

There's a lot of ways to get the deal done.
Plenty of investors who don't care about FICO depending on the LTV, money is more expensive as a result.
Everyones definition of low-mid credit is different.
What range are we referring to?
