I listen to his show and always wonder how much his programs cost. I disagree with is approach but think his ideas should work for most people.

These stories always make me think of starting a PM company thinking I can do a better job but I know it is hard. I manage my own properties but want to help others.

Seriously I befriended a homeless man near campus when I was in college and I give him access to my rentals when I have issues. Is this  legal?  Not sure but my "NEW TENANT" also has rights.

Buy as much as you can as fast as you can.  I hope my kid becomes  a lawyer to help with evictions. but I personaly hopes they follow there dreams.

I would get a homeless man to move in and live with them.

I think you need to strike out more then a few times to find one. I have struck out many many times to find one.

If you are completely true to Dave Ramsey's Philosophy you will pay off your own current mortgage and save up cash to buy a rental. I think you will take many years to do this.  SO think  about how realalistic this is to make money in real estate.

I love $30K properties in B- areas.  In Milwaukee there is a lot of properties  available In a variety of areas.
