I listen to his show and always wonder how much his programs cost. I disagree with is approach but think his ideas should work for most people.

Seriously I befriended a homeless man near campus when I was in college and I give him access to my rentals when I have issues. Is this legal? Not sure but my "NEW TENANT" also has rights.

Buy as much as you can as fast as you can. I hope my kid becomes a lawyer to help with evictions. but I personaly hopes they follow there dreams.

If you are completely true to Dave Ramsey's Philosophy you will pay off your own current mortgage and save up cash to buy a rental. I think you will take many years to do this. SO think about how realalistic this is to make money in real estate.

I love $30K properties in B- areas. In Milwaukee there is a lot of properties available In a variety of areas.
