Well my advice would be to call every agent, broker, title co., attorney etc and beg them to take you under their wing. If you don't have money you better find the time. It's one or the other or time or money. Life is short if you want it you'll find a way, if not you'll find an excuse.

Sounds like a short sale as stated above. Anytime a seller says its nothing major, its usually something major! It's always just paint and carpet lol! You need this property at 60k'ish.

For this to be you're first wholesale deal I would pass, to much unknown.

There are better opportunities out there.

Send more letters take more calls, it's a numbers game...

Hey @Jonathan Castro congrats on trying to take control of your future! I'm a big Nissan fan lol. About 16 years ago I imported a gti-r front clip of a car and swapped out that engine into my 200sx se-r. I was one of only a handful in America to ever do it at the time. Google it pretty bad *** engine way before its time.

Anyway good luck and don't give up its a marathon not a sprint!

25 signs a week at least plus gas, time, energy, finding good locations, dodging traffic etc... Been there done that. Actually did my first wholesale deal that way, but it SUCKS! Imo there's better ways to spend your time and energy. Do they work? Yes of course and ya gotta do whatya gotta do but unless you have a VA sifting through the bs calls its not worth the roi.
