Hey while i was building a new list between these 2 sites i got 2 pretty different results. Using the same cirteria LS was at about 975 vs C2M had about 500 leads. Would you think C2M was a more accurate list or is it missing some or what?

I called C2M and gave them my criteria to make sure i wasnt missing anything so that is the exact criteria. Which way would you guys go on this? Any feedback would be cool

thanks

I was in the process of coming up a list and i came across a small conundrum. i have a list of about 10-15 zips i plan to target overtime but for now, i came across 5-6 zips that yielded about the same amount of leads as 2 of my target zip codes. My question is would you spread it out over more zips or just hit the 2 with the same amount of leads?? They aren't ridiculously far apart form each other if that matters

I would say add checking your county's clerk of court to see what might be going on with the property. You might get some clues there from documents filed with under the owners name

The price varies on how many filters you use, I believe my cost per lead ended up being about 16 cents each. Which isn't the best there are other list broker that offer under 10 cents, I'm yet to order from them yet tho.

I agree also, changing your phraseology might help. I have been asking people to give me a ballpark idea. And if they are sky high I know they are not motivated for me, but if their range is close I can dig further. Just my .02 cents
