What is the reason behind the bad response rate from PCM ? Is it the List if you used a list from them ?

Also Dev any reason why you chose the glossy PC vs flat normal ones ?

Whats the fewest PC that someone starting out can work with ? 500 decent to start with ?

@Nick G. for the first viewing you might want to have a sheet with somethings to specially look for. I know when i went to view the first property i felt like i missed tons of things i should have been looking for. Just an opinion
