Might sounds simplistic but did he make any mention of what he might be looking for out of the properties ? Might be worth knowing that before even getting too excited. Not being a negative Nancy, but wouldn't want to waste too much time if he's in another world. Does he sounds any kind of motivated? Just some thoughts in my mind, i have done direct mail and have gotten the person saying oh id sell in this situation and such, but they are just tire kickers fielding calls. AKA wasting my time, but i hope this person is motived. Good Luck

@Matthew B.Tremendous success, sounds like you have a homerun on your hands. My question is are these located in Umatilla? Were you attracted to that location or were the numbers just that good?

First are they cleared by the land court in Santo Domingo? From what i hear you can't advertise or transfer title until the properties are "cleared". Next if you have such properties that you believe would be desirable, you can always market them yourself if you choose. Or is they are in your name you can always list them with a realtor, possibly get some international exposure and respectable exposure. That might be a large factor, from my knowledge most people are sketchy on intentional real estate to begin with, then the reputation in Dominican Republic hasn't help at all. Good Luck

@Johnathan Polanco BTW just curious how you have a "Unlimited supply"

Just my 2 cents

Are the properties cleared of backed taxes that they can actually be marketed for sale? I have a similar situation with a associate of mine. Several properties in a land trust, just the cost to clear them in the land court can cost a small fortune and before anything is sold You could always market them yourself if they are in your possession. Or why not list them with a realtor in DR? A major concern i have experienced in Dominican Republic is fraud with lawyers, police, you name it. The reason i bring this up, maybe the best bet for selling property that is cleared for sale, might be just listing them with a reputable realtor seeing as the overall reputation is streaky at best.

Just my 2 cents

Doesn't it fall under the guideline of "equitable interest" When you have a good faith deposit with the property? So technically you have some moniker of ownership within an inspection period.

Great work @Account Closed How long was the process for this for you from begging to end ?

Can you give more of a break down on the financing ?
