@Federico Gutierrez, Thank you for the question. If I was to buy in an F neighborhood....I’d use CMHA to lower the risk of turnover and in a year or two have the money back that I bought the property with.

What would you do?

@Andre Pinheiro Being that they are TK properties...you will always be leaving money on the table for the convenience of "living room Investing".

But the two properties i have with them are leveraged and make $240 &$250 in cashflow after expenses. ROI on downpayment and closing costs is 14%

@Trevor Jacobs I highly recommend Midsouth Homebuyers in Memphis. I’ve worked with a handful of TKP and they are in their own league. They have the best customer service and communication I’ve encountered. I’ve purchased from them twice, and have nothing bad to say. Give Liz Nowlin a call and tell her I sent you. They will take care of you.
