@Minhee Kang, Al Bazzy is a standup guy. He knows the market and has done whatever he can to help with the buying process. Being nervous is a normal feeling. Strategy properties will walk you through the whole process, so you have nothing to fear. Detroit is a great cash flow rental market with over the 1% RTV rule. I would, and will definitely buy another property from Strategy properties. Hopefully by the end of this year.
