What is everyone’s opinion on Hulman st area in what I consider the West Dayton area. I like the simplicity of that style brick home built in the mid ‘50’s for rentals.

@Eran Withana I use Toms company Provision for my taxes and they are worth every penny. I have year round support and they know more about taxes than anyone else I’ve met.

I'm under contract to purchase a mobile home and land/lot. Its already being rented short term with a 90% occupancy rate. I'm all in (land, home, all furnishings, and appliances) for $37k. Its rented for $44-$49 a night, and that's with out a TV! I see lots of room for improvements and will charge more. But as it sits its making at least $1100 a month. Not a bad ROI. Anyone else doing this?

@Maria Luna I bought at SFR in Detroit from a Turnkey Provider and it’s performing. I’d definitely visit the city and surrounding towns to get a real feel for the market. A turnkey provided can give you a tour of the places to invest and places not to invest. Let me know if you need a recommendation.

Thank you very much everyone! I really appreciate all the recommendations. I've also had Atlas Foundations, and Olshan Foundations recommended as well. Anyone have any input on these guys?

Welcome Buck! Nice job finding deals. I'm looking in BA for deals too. I'll take a look at anything you wholesale.
