Thanks @Joe Villeneuve and @Jassem A. I'm a licensed agent and small investor but as an agent I prefer to work with investors and I'm doing research to see how often investors actually use agents.

Hello BP community I have a question for investors. When you're looking to unload any of your inventory do you wholesale it or work with an agent/realtor to sell it ?

@John O'Keeffe  I would suggest downloading and listening to every BP Podcast that has the word wholesaling in the title. The featured guests always give a wealth of information that anyone looking to wholesale could use.

Hi,

My name is Cierra and I am an Investor's agent here in Metro Detroit. All of the things that "regular agents" hate doing for investors I LOVE doing. I'll send you comps, show you multiple houses, and negotiate for you so you can get the BEST deal possible for the maximum return on your investment. Feel free to email me I'll even take you out for coffee to show you why I'm different than the others.

Hello BP community,

My name is Cierra and I am an Agent in Metro Detroit. I'm looking to network and build  with any investors that are looking for "investor-friendly" agents in the area. If there any investors who are looking for "investor-friendly" agents please feel free to contact me. I would love to set up an appointment and sit down and talk with you about your needs and how I can  help you.

Hello BP community, I'm an investor friendly agent looking to work with individuals who have an interest in Southeast Michigan/ Metro Detroit. I see a lot of members complaining about not being able to find investor friendly agents and I consider myself to be one. I don't have a problem helping people out with MLS needs I just ask that at the very least you give me the opportunity to learn from you as an investor. I hope to build some great relationships with a lot of you !

Hi Michael I would say as agent it's best to start by telling people that you already know that you're in real estate and asking them to spread the word as well. It worked for me a very good friend of mine happened to know someone who was looking to sell and he referred him to me. I'm about to begin spending money on marketing to people I don't know and haven't met but the people you already know should be the first group of people you look to. Good luck !

Absolutely correct @Account Closed foreclosure is public record data anyway so there's no way to keep it a secret. But personal information regarding the owners finances or family situation is unnecessary to mention and it doesn't go along with the ethical standards that you are being held to by representing the seller. At the end of the day no matter what it's your job to get your client whether it be a bank or person the best deal possible.

That goes against your fiduciary duty that an agent/realtor has to their client. That type of information is considered confidential and shouldn't be disclosed to anyone before after or during the the possible sale of the home property. And I agree with @Robert Leonard these type of agents give  real estate agents a bad name.
