Definitely need to tear it down and do it right.  Find your leak / moisture first and fix.  Then gut the floor and rebuild.  The schlueter ditra is only waterproofing and wouldnt provide any strength. That rot would flex even with a sub floor over it and your tile would pop in no time.

Most times tanks die before pressure relief does.  If its that old, I would just change the whole water tank.

If you decide to do the valve, as Michael said, pretty cheap, just make sure the tank is off and cool before changing.  Plus partially drained. ( and water supply to it off as well )

Your first step should be to contact your local building department to see if you can even do it and what their requirements are.

Agree with Steve, if not you will have serious condensation issues venting it that far.

I also would not connect the 2 together, you would more then likely depending on the runs of ducts end up venting one into the other.

Without a closet, the bedrooms are now not legally considered bedrooms.

Your costs are impossible to estimate without first knowing how close supply and waste lines are to the closets.

To me, your trying to fix one issue by creating additional ones.

Hello Natalie.   Being a contractor for many years and doing many many mobile homes over the years,  you really dont need a "specialist" in mobiles, the only difference is, how cheaply mobiles are built.

Another tip, try to avoid carpet in any "wet" areas,  ie..kitchens, baths, entry ways as the carpet holds water and the floors in most of these units are only particle board and the wet carpet rots through them in no time at all.

That estimate seems pretty high @Harnit Koch but tough to tell without seeing the distance etc.  We just did a short run in the front to the street over the summer for just under $2k.

Also its very rare a line just "collapses"  usually it starts failing and filling over time giving you regular problems.   If you had no previous issues, sounds like your more likely on an older sewer line and with the mass snow melt we had the sewers just cant handle it and your getting backup.

I live in one of the hardest hit areas,  we got just over 85" of snow...

We are finally finishing digging out after two full days of plowing, shoveling and snowblowing, not to mention having to shovel off the roofs of our houses, garages etc as many are beginning to collapse due to weight and will get worse now that we are forecast for a thaw and rain which will more then double the snow loads.

Now that things are starting to settle down, I would suggest any of you out of state owners contact your PM's asap to ask for an assessment and see what they are doing to protect your properties from collapse.
