I know this can be a tough spot. However I do believe that clearly communicating to them the issue this is causing and enforcing a late fee would be my first step.

Quote from @Nick C.:

The good news is that your maintenance/renovation experience is going to help you throughout your career.

The great news is that you're 19. You don't need a ton of income yet, keep learning while you're earning, consider getting your RE license. Work on building credit, increasing your income. If you start doing your own projects in your mid to late 20's you'll be ahead of 90% of the RE investors I know, including myself.

 Agreed, this is good advice!

Like others are saying, finding a lender that someone has referred to is always best.

Hey @Account Closed, happy to answer this question for you (and any others). We hold for 3 business days on a first time transfer and just 1 business day on future transfers. There are some rules and exceptions that can be helpful to understand. This article covers it in-depth with some examples:

https://support.innago.com/en/articles/4281933-funds-process...

And this one shows how to track it in Innago itself:

@Tony C. Totally agree with everything Tim said (thanks for the shoutout @Tim Miller). Try a few and see what you like and don't. We're active here on BP so feel free to DM me if you have questions about Innago. I'm limited with how much I'm allowed to answer on the forums when questions pop up.

I did want to quickly address one of your questions - we can handle payments that exceed $5k. No issues on our end.
