@Annchen Knodt! Tom and Diana are amazing people and I have enjoyed connecting with them at the meet ups! Hopefully one of these days I can meet you as well and our meet ups are consistently on the 2nd Thursday of every month. Hey @Ryan Money! Congratulations on taking your first steps to purchase an investment! College Station is a fantastic town to invest in and The Barracks is worth looking into. Personally because of the HOA fees I have had a hard time finding properties that cashflow in The Barracks and do know a few people that have invested in that community. Most of them found there deals by acting very quickly when a deal came on the market.
