Hey Neel!

I sent you a Direct Message with some information in it and I fully agree with what @Brandon Vukelich mentioned. Some people have the time, knowledge, and network to sell properties by themselves. For most other people I would recommend interviewing some agents and see who can bring you the most value. I specialize selling Multifamily in College Station and would love to be one of those agents you interview! Let me know if there is anything I can do to be of service to you!

If you can find the deal you can find the money! So, how and where do you find a deal in a market as crazy as this? Finding deals for most people is the determining factor on reaching their financial goal, and the hardest part. Come learn what other investors are doing to find deals in markets like this and what strategies and systems you can implement in your own business to find deals worth purchasing.

@Derek Adkins You're welcome to come to the meet ups in College Station! We discuss stuff like this in a lot more detail and we have had a few people run in to the issue that you currently have and they have found loopholes around it. I'm sending you a DM with a little more information. @Sarah Wilson I've fallen behind on posting this month and will get it up shortly!
