I sent you a Direct Message with some information in it and I fully agree with what @Brandon Vukelich mentioned. Some people have the time, knowledge, and network to sell properties by themselves. For most other people I would recommend interviewing some agents and see who can bring you the most value. I specialize selling Multifamily in College Station and would love to be one of those agents you interview! Let me know if there is anything I can do to be of service to you!

If you can find the deal you can find the money!
