Hey @Dylan Hunter! We do have an investor meet up that happens once a month in the BCS area and the next one is going to specifically be on Short Term Rentals. I'll let you know when the event is posted and it should be up there later this week. Those meet ups are great places to meet and network with other investors and to bounce ideas off of.
