This is a pretty cool topic. I am so technologically challenged, but am seeing the benefits of the internet as it's growing my business in so many ways right now. I look forward to learning more on this topic.

@Cheryl Daniels where I’m at that’s typical to drug houses and other crime. They put locks on every door to slow police or rivals and allow a get away. Be weary of stuff like that. Don’t jump to conclusions, but know it’s a possibility and be on guard. You don’t go through all that trouble of installing those locks for nothing.

@Alexander Felice I’m in Fayetteville building a team up and I know how difficult that can be. I need to meet some of your people. Especially that property manager here in town.

It gets you the money back so that you can go buy another. It's great because people are able to buy multiple properties for what one property would cost.

@Justin Klepfer is this guy in the military or just a nut job with a plate carrier? If he’s military contact his chain of command, because he sounds like a real pain I’ve had to counsel my soldiers and help them pay bills before. Just call the cops

@Colleen Prescott most of the buy my properties I wholesale are out of state, because my town is very low cost with great rentals
