@Justin Nero hi Justin! Thank you. I'd have to contact them directly to find out the specifics. The borrowing and interest being paid to me is something i don't understand. I had another BP member tell me the same thing. Sounds like something i would love to learn more about.

@Derek Okahashi ALOHA! Glad to know that i don't feel alone now. I've analyzed a few multi fam and single family properties in UC, Hayward, Castro Valley area and the numbers definitely didn't work. I've looked at areas 1-2 hours away and noticed a significant difference in numbers. I agree, We should link up and share ideas!
