@Rob D. Thank you so much for reaching out, and letting us know about this error you are recieving.
I have tried to recreate this error many times on our end, and it seems to be working fine for myself. I would highly suggest clearing your cache and cookies on your browser and see if that fixes anything for you at all.

Hi Alex,
Thank you for posting about your concern. I had previously messaged you this morning, letting you know that we do show you purchased all the audio books, but we have refunded your charge in full. The funds should be back to you in 3-5 days, depending on your bank.
