FYI to those just reading, Honors is no longer in business as of a few months ago.

I'm not sure what the specific number for Memphis are, but Birmingham has done very well and remains constant over the years.  There are plenty of blue collar jobs here and the real estate inventory is also constant.  Just my two cents.
