@Joseph Mazuz I forgot to say that you need to watch out for anybody selling you anything in life, especially when you're out of state. Some people are very shady and will say anything to get you to buy from them. They will make an area sound amazing or skew comps to make their deal look like the best.

Hi @Joseph Mazuz and welcome to BP. There are several wholesalers that are good and even more who are fly by night and have terrible reputations. I don't recommend people publicly but if you DM me I'll share who I like with you.

@Collyn Bennett I was referring more to a wholesalers buyers list. If you get on their lists they'll send you the deals they get and you'll have the opportunity to buy from them. If you need some names of wholesalers I can refer a few and suggest a few to stay away from.

@Florian Kuehne If you DM me I'll share my 2 favorite inspectors with you. One even includes what he thinks it will cost to repair everything. I just don't make recommendations publicly bc it's too permanent and my opinions change about people.
