@Winnie Rim Might wasn’t to let your GC or contractors decide so they get the benefit. You can let them know that’s a perk of working with you, they can build up the points with their CC and at the store of the choice.

@Tristan Colborg Unfortunately I cant see the SOW on my phone but in my experience a contractor doesn’t want to know you’re shopping around. They assume you’re going to go with the lowest bid and they likely don’t need the business.

I would have a rough SOW if any to show them in advance and a hand written list or at least less official looking SOW for them when they arrive. You might not even give him the SOW until you get an estimate.

You need these guys more then they need to.

@Justin Bentivegna Hi Justin, this isn't what I'd usually tell someone but it's possible. I helped a friend with guidance to buy a BRRRR deal and he started with about that much money. It's complicated but if you want more info I can get on a call.
