This local BP real estate meet up is for people in and around Los Alamitos, Long Beach, Seal Beach and beyond. I want to invite you to our FREE monthly event. This is for new investors and experienced pros, for buying locally, out of state, note buyers, JV partners, syndicators and any other type of real estate related investment. Seasoned investors will be there answering questions for newbies.

***The event is FREE and there will be absolutely NO sales pitches for books, seminars or guru’s.***

@Tiffany Smith I can also suggest a banker or 2 that specialize in investment properties, a hard money lender if you need one, a PM, agent and wholesaler. I just don't recommend anyone publicly anymore because my opinions of people change and stuff I put on here is mostly permanent. You didn't mention your criteria for a home to buy other than wanting to do short term rentals with part of it.  PM me and let me know the rest of your requirements.  I might be able to help.
