@Anthony Vangilder I’m not a fan of TK but it’s definitely right for some people. I have a wholesaler friend who can sell u a house, u can hurt his guys to do the rehab, rent and refi and pull all your money out of. I’m helping a friend do in it now. He even got a 2yr lease on it.

@Peter Davis I’m a full time investor in Indy and run a meetup in Los Alamitos if you’re interested.

Darn BP mobile app won’t let me tag people who commented in this thread. Everyone is welcome and it’s free.

@Joseph Hanna @Graziano Casale @@Mark Christopher

Hi guys, I live in Long Beach and invest full time in Indy. There’s a great meetup in Santa Monica 2nd Saturday of the month I go to and I run 2 meetups in Los Alamitos and Newport Beach.

Indy is great and there’s a ton of potential there. If any of u guys have questions about it, the people to work with there or anything else don’t hesitate to DM or text me. I’m an open book about Indy and I’m only as far as I am bc so many people helped me, so I try to pay it forward.

@Scott McGurk

Hi Scott,

I have an apartment I’m considering selling, live out of state so I can’t come to ur meetup. If I forward u the details would it be to much to ask for u to circulate it?

It’s a 6 unit fixer in New Castle that I got at a really good price so I can sell it to an investor for a good price.

DM me if you’re interested.
