Great question,  keep networking and asking people to put you on there lists,  also google wholesaler Chattanooga,  also google sell my home fast, sell my home for cash etc and call those guys and ask about their buyers list.  Also watch craigslist postings.  Over time you will just end up on more and more buyers lists.

 I feel like we still need a little more info if we are to understand what it is we can do to help.  Are you saying you want someone to finance you in to deals? I'm not sure I understand what you are looking for.
