Curious to see how AirBnB's are impacted in other markets as well, there seem to be increasing regulations in North Carolina. 

The Charlotte market has remained red hot throughout the past several months of uncertainty with no sign of slowing down. Definitely a great place to invest!

Great information and advice! Credit Unions have definitely a good option for me as well. 

Good advice and seems to be pretty consistent aside from minor fluctuations in score. The remaining background check and income verification become that much more important with a lower credit score however.
