A good, reputable turnkey company is going to want to retain customers and grow. The turnkey provider should do everything they can to make sure your experience with them goes very well. This will make you consider returning as a customer and also create a good reference/recommendation for others.
I am definitely not saying this is the case for all turnkey companies. I am also not saying that you should not do your own due diligence with whoever you may work with or any market you might invest in.
No matter what type of real estate investing you decide to get into you will have to do your own research and analysis and make sure the investment will work for you and aligns with your goals.

Hi @Shuo C.!
I worked with @Zach Lemaster for turnkey and my experience was excellent. He helped me with my first property and we have had extensive conversations about how I can achieve my cash flow goals. He could answer any and all your questions about the turnkey business.

Hi @Neil Polehn
I recently bought an out of state, turnkey property in Kansas City! Good appreciation, good rent compared to income, good Cash on Cash and cash flow for me!
If you would like to hear more about my experience with the process, let me know. The link below shares a little bit of the story.
Hope this helps!

I work full-time as an engineer, but I wanted to start investing in real estate. I liked the idea of turnkey properties. Did my research, found a great team to work with and this past October, I closed on my first property! I will probably continue the turnkey route for my next property as well, once I save up enough capital!

Hi @Rachel Mutts!
Look to start building your network as well. Find investor friendly real estate agents, Property managers (if you do not plan to do it yourself), other investors in your area or who invest in the type of properties you are interested in, etc.
Best of luck on your journey!
I wish I would have know about house hacking and how to analyze properties as rentals.

So it has only been a month, but I have not encountered any issues so far. My calculations have the cash flow for this property at around $230 a month. So far everything is going as planned!
