Am I missing something? It looks like there is no passenger rail to get in and out of Reading.

Oh you people are so full of SHlT with your Miss America answers about how looks don't matter.

Ask yourself this, do you really think that pole dancers, and narcissistic home re-modeler slickeroo sales jack-offs don't use appearances to achieve their goals?

Sure ugly people can be successful but they have to work a bit harder, grow a thick skin, and learn see through people's BS.

Those things really don't perform all that well. They are just warm fuzzies for the tree-hugger set. Although, there are a lot of tax breaks and incentives. A grid-tie system is pretty much a hands off low maintence kinda thing.

It all comes down to number crunching. I know guys who could care less about anything being "green" but the numbers worked, and they have acres of solar cells.

I really don't see this residential-light commercial real estate game as being my thing. Where can I find a forum about commercial/industrial properties?

I'd really rather discuss 3 phase power, USTs, Rail Sidings, and Overhead Cranes, than kitchen remodeling and color schemes.

Is there a forum somewhere that is more of a commercial/industrial hotspot?

Thanks Steve Babiak. I looked at his profile and he hasn't posted in a long time, so I PMed him.

Not much commercial/industrial activity on this site. I may be looking in the wrong place.

It's funny you mention that bc after I posted this house on fb people were commenting how they wouldn't buy the house for any amount of money and little do they know I had an investor offer $50,000 for the property.

Got to love the prissy attitude. Too good to clean a house that might take a week for 40 Grand, but they'll kiss their boss's azz working in Walmart for 20 grand a year.

Gee, wonder why I'm single

Whatever you do, don't kiss her

Dude, she is cuckolding you. Get a lawyer

Unless what they want is pretty much generic, and what sells well in your area, you need to get their custom specifications down in a written contract, and get non refundable money from them.

It's about getting rich, but it's presented in a rather tabloid format.
