I live on site at for the company I work for.
I have only been here a little more than a month, but most don't know I live on site. If anyone comes to my door with a non emergency my plan is to tell them to call the office after hours numbers. Leave a message or if it is a maintenance emergency call the after hours maintenance pager.
If it goes beyond that, I plan to put a sign on my door that states office hours.

With the bare details it sounds good.
But what kind of rehab cost are you looking at?
What needs updated?
How is the roof?
Hos is the foundation?

To make sure it is a good deal use the calculators.
As far as using the VA loan, you should probably ask your current banker or real estate agent what they know about the program.
If both say nothing, find experienced people to help you with it.

They still meet monthly in Seoul.
If you haven't read the Ultimate Beginner's Guide, and also setup your Keyword alerts for things you want to know more about.

Hello all,
I just moved to Kokomo, IN last weekend.
I took a job as an assistant property manager for a 160 unit apartment complex.
What a week this has been.
Some of you may know me from the Seoul Real Estate investors meetup that I helped found with @Daniel Ryu and @Ben Hauser. I moved back to the states in the beginning of May and have been working on my business and job hunting. Now I landed a job as an assistant manager. I feel I have learned a ton this week as an employee.
Even though I moved to Indiana, I am still going to be investing in Illinois. Primarily in the cities of Charleston and Mattoon.

Hi I just moved from south Korea as well.
What were they doing in south Korea?
I was an English teacher who had built up a good amount of savings.
if you want to rent to them but are unsure get a bigger deposit.
