Assuming you are legitimate.
I don't see the harm in starting a new company and changing your website name.
Depending on your website, maybe re tool it.
I can't see your website, but make sure it is done professionally.
If it is done cheap, people might think it is a scam.
I know I have personally closed websites thinking they might be a scam.

Thank you @Mindy Jensen
It was something I did a lot. When I was teaching English in Korea, I had 10 minutes between class, and I would try to click on the latest email notification.

I would
Read the top post of the day.
Subscribe to the forums that interest me. For example, flipping or buy hold. Then when I get the email notification I would go straight to the post.
Then I would see what unanswered post I could help out on.

Initially I thought you ment do business with the tenants themselves.
But the companies they work for. Maybe
Give them a fair shake.
Get the bids. CALL the references.
The ultimatum would turn me off, but maybe Dad isn't like the son.
Take your time and go slowly.

Welcome to the website.
There is a lot of information available to you here.
I definitely recommend reading the Ultimate Beginner's Guide, and other blog articles open to you.
It's a good idea to setup your keyword alerts as well. Then when someone writes about what you want to know more about you will get an email.
To get someones attention in a thread write @ then their name.
When you read a good post or something you find interesting or useful, give a vote on that post.
If you have anymore questions feel free to ask.
