@Jay Hinrichs would love any input if you had any here. Especially since you grew to the scale you did with your business. Thanks!

@Taylor L. thanks for the input! I also just downloaded a few episodes of your podcast! Any ways you are using VA's or systems to improve your business?

Hey all, like most people in the BP/RE community, we're all busy! I love the idea of delegation/automation/systems in business (and use quite a few) but go back and forth on what is delegatable vs. what is a core task that needs to be taken on individually. At the moment,
I believe the following tasks are NOT delegatable and remain core tasks:
- -Developing relationships by providing value
- -Getting smarter through learning, taking action and speaking with people
- -Being healthy - mental health and physical health through fitness/diet
- -Casting a vision or strategy for your life and your team's life
Some tasks I believe can be delegated/systematized:
- -Finding deals - with help of brokers, wholesalers, marketing
- -Scheduling -through softwares like calendly
- -Property management through traditional property managers or digital assistants
These are just a few that come to mind. What am I missing?

It seems like a lot of people are held from taking action due to risk of potential crash.
*From people who invested before 2008 and after* what were your investments/strategies that remained strong during the recession or kept you afloat?
I’ve heard a lot of people say investing in class B/C properties is safer for multiple reasons. I write this post because it seems many investors here have only started investing after 2008-2010. Including me :)
Thanks!

@Allan Smith thanks for the input! I've heard @Brandon Turner talk about Podio. What are the main functions you use it for? Any tips of best practices?

Hey all, I currently use spreadsheets for most of my property analysis, task management, and operational tracking. Lately, I feel a little held back by google sheets functionality. I have done a little research but haven't tried anything other than Google. Would love any recommendations! Especially if anyone has used these platforms or had success with one of them or can explain specific use cases. Thanks!
