Hey all, I have been working with VA's on some projects lately and it has been helpful. Thinks like

1. -data scraping
2. -researching area's
3. -podcast edits
4. -follow up

My next projects are around sending people gifts, books, trinkets. This would require a VA to have access to some sort of financials to make a purchase on my behalf. Thinking either an individual debit card or credit card just for their access. Has anyone used VA's for anything like this or have recommendations on best practices for trust?

@Bob Green thanks for the comment.  Its a mix of both, some of the multi-families are value add and some are pretty turnkey. 

Pretty straight forward ask but the term "owner financing" is thrown around so much.  I have heard some people say it's not possible if there is still a mortgage.  I've heard other people talk about assuming the current mortgage and heard other people talk about different versions.

Hey all, like many people here, I am looking to delegate/automate some tasks through the help of virtual assistants.  Through sites like Freelancer and UPwork, I have found great help for about 20 projects.  Things like research, organizing data, Etc.  At this point, I am looking for help on projects that may require some of my financial information.  Is there a way to securely do this that people with experience can recommend? 

I have heard some recommendations for separate accounts, credit cards, or debit cards just for this use.  Thanks all for any feedback!
