Has anyone ever considered doing this? It's the part of the business I enjoy the least. I have a few people helping me but has anyone ever used a VA specifically for deal/neighborhood analysis?

1. House hack as soon as possible

2. Start a podcast as soon as possible to build your network faster than any other strategy

3. After recording 30 episodes, pick your favorite 5 and ask them once a week what you can do to bring them value

4. Once you start to help them with their busy work (bring them value), ask them how to start finding deals

5. Once your find deals, they will help you find and close these deals

Rinse and repeat until you’re a gajillionaire

Hey all, it seems like twilio has a direct plugin with deal machine for lead gen.  Has anyone here experimented with this?  Or anyone have specific text tools they are liking right now for text follow up?

@Gregory Greene - great time to start networking with brokers in places like Texas, New Mexico, Arizona. I am starting to market to areas similar to those but on the east coast. I live in New York but choose not to invest here.
