Post: Owner financing with a broker?

Hi All thank you for the feedback.  I guess my question is more so - would brokers be against seller financing for any reason?  Does it affect the way they are paid?  @Todd Dexheimer @Slocomb Reed.  Since less dollars are moving, are the brokers still paid the same way?

It seems like owner financing will become more popular in this post COVID world with banks tightening.  It seems like most people talk about owner financing in a direct to seller deal.

Any tips or structure ideas for doing owner financing on a deal that has a realtor/broker involved.  What are the challenges to doing this?

@Jay Dertzbaugh @Taylor L. @Justin Fraser

@Gina Cook thanks and congrats!  Good point, a lot of the lift can be bypassed with amazing people on the street.

It seems there is a lot of information out there about analyzing MSA's or even big towns but a lot less on how to understand specific neighborhoods or zip codes. I would love to start a thread here to discuss but also looking for someone to discuss this with on a podcast or our virtual REI. Ideally looking for a way to understand a neighborhood to make offers in 15-20 minutes or less. Thanks!
